Appointment Setter – Outbound Focus (Experience Required)

We are a growing company operating in the real estate space and are seeking a driven, experienced Appointment Setter to handle a primarily outbound lead source. This role works closely with the owner and the management team and is ideal for a self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding.

This is not an entry-level position. You must have proven appointment-setting experience and strong phone conversion skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to provided lead lists
  • Engage prospects, qualify them, and set confirmed appointments
  • Work directly with the owner and management team to improve messaging and results
  • Follow scripts while confidently adapting on live calls
  • Consistently hit or exceed daily numbers
